How It All Started

Seventeen years ago, our founder began his trucking journey on his own, working long nights and driving for other companies. Like many in the industry, he started from the ground up, learning the realities of the road through experience, responsibility, and persistence. Those years built the foundation for everything that came later.

In 2020, he took a leap of faith and started GRP Transport LLC from nothing. Built entirely on his own, the company grew the hard way: one load, one mile, and one challenge at a time. From driving to dispatching to managing the day-to-day work, every part of the business was earned through effort, long hours, and dedication to getting things right.

But GRP Transport was never just about building a company for himself. As a father, a friend, and a humble leader, the goal was always bigger than that. He wanted to create something that not only provided for his own future, but also gave other drivers a place where they could find guidance, support, and a fresh start when they needed it most.

That mindset continues to define GRP Transport today. We believe in leading with respect, setting clear expectations, and helping drivers grow into confident, reliable professionals. Experience matters, but so does attitude, effort, and a willingness to learn.
